Listing stated all work perfectly, however "Lucy" has a short in the wire somewhere and is hard to get to work. Was also disappointed that "Charlie" had scuffs on his face not listed. I will probably need to order a replacement due to this seller not taking returns. Was very bummed as this seller had such a good rating and packaging was great. It ultimately comes down to the items and because they were packaged so well, it was not done in the shipping process. Will be more careful in the future.
