I ordered 4x jugs with 5 pack of filters. These are for gifts so each jug was supposed to have 1 filter inside jug box plus a 4 pack of filters per jug. 4 jugs with 1 filter in each box received but seller opted to send 2x 6 filters and 1 x4 filters. So they haven't sent as advertised. I would have preferred to receive as advertised. If the seller wants to change how they are supplying the filters then they should ask the customer first. One of my friends will miss out on the 4 pack of filters.
