The item arrived as stated in great condition. The seller communicated well, responding to my questions about postage. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. When the delivery time was quoted I was given the option to cancel my order if delivery time too long. I requested to cancel 1 pair of shoes for a refund, and have other delivered. Today I received both pairs. Hopefully I can return the shoes I requested to cancel, as already bought another elsewhere that have already been worn :)

I will give a lesser rating on postage because it took 2.5 weeks, when I contacted the seller I didn’t get clear communication when I asked, re whether the dispatch issue was their end or Aust Post they didn’t clarify.
It normally wouldn’t have bothered me except this time of year it was a Christmas present.
