- j***2 (267)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseGood condition, practically new aside from the generic box which was loose fitting Very minor aesthetic flaw that we're perfectly happy living with - everything gets wear and tear with use over time anyway The only downside from our old basic microwave is the light isn't very bright, and I would have liked to see a meat pie mode in the foods menu with defrost then convection to crisp (it's designed in Aus after all!) Highly recommend Breville refurbished to save on a practically new appliance

So far it works pretty well, though with such a huge learning curve it's difficult to speak accurately after only two days of use. So, early days but all good so far. The drawback is that it's to be used as a stand-alone with 20 cm of clearance on all sides, and not to be used in a covered enclosed space - like that built especially for microwaves. So a bit of kitchen re-organisation. The delivery time was unbelievably fast - amazing!

Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins! The machine is in pristine condition and you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new machine. However there was an issue in that the accessory box was missing. Sent a message to Breville and within 30 minutes they had responded, apologizing for the error and advised that they have shipped the accessory box and a complimentary bag of coffee. Thanks for the wonderful customer service Julie!

You included all the things that come with a new unit, manual, water test strip, a lovely new milk jug and it was so well packaged. Can't go wrong with the same warranty that comes with a new unit and the end result was I paid hundreds of $$$ less. Top quality, top seller. Very very happy.
