I purchased 2 of the (more expensive) models of kitchen mixers as per the description and the two pictures provided. I received a different model to the one in the pictures that we’d deliberately chosen not to pay less for via a different store as we preferred this model. I contacted the seller to query the items I’d received. Unfortunately I was told by the seller that brands occasionally sent out different models and I was welcome to return the items but had to pay a 20% restocking fee.
