It definitely moves lymphatic fluid out of my arm just have to tweak where it is inside the sleeve to make sure it doesn't back up due to the higher pressure level. I haven't used it yet but it's definitely a step up quality wise from the Last set I had. Just the way the bits mount gives me confidence in this set. Courier was garbage as always. Box was smashed around and a few things loose inside i could hear bits rattling when I picked it up. Recommended seller and hole saw set
