Not as advertised! Got 2 custom patches on eBay. Emailed them images and was told there is a minimum of 12 patches $110. Communication was good at the start. When I received them, 4 patches were missing and they came from Pakistan not Yarrawonga, VIC. Emailed them 3 times got 1 reply, emailed them 2 more times asking for the missing patches or refund and have not heard back since. They're called Blackrock Digitizing with a Melb CBD address on website. False advertising.

They changed the status to indicate that the product has been sent while they had never done anything. When I contacted them after waiting for the product very patiently (7 days after it said the product had been sent), they finally told me that they could not accept my order as there was a minimum order of 10 pieces although it is not clearly written and my order for 1 piece was accepted in the first place. Then I have never received the refund.
