Communication was good at the start. When I received them, 4 patches were missing and they came from Pakistan not Yarrawonga, VIC. Emailed them 3 times got 1 reply, emailed them 2 more times asking for the missing patches or refund and have not heard back since. They're called Blackrock Digitizing with a Melb CBD address on website. When I contacted them after waiting for the product very patiently (7 days after it said the product had been sent), they finally told me that they could not accept my order as there was a minimum order of 10 pieces although it is not clearly written and my order for 1 piece was accepted in the first place.
