    These tablets keep you healthy i was recommended these by our trace element consultant ,as farmers we keep our agricultural land also topped up with the correct balance of trace elements ,in doing so our animals are kept in perfect health ,these tablets are bio which basically means your body can absorb more of the trace elements into your body .     Selenium and Zinc

    Been using this product for years now and as is the case with so many supplements are they doing anything for you or not? If you feel that they are then that's half the battle! Seem to help with arthritic pain and they're an anti-oxidant which has to help with general health. A lot cheaper than buying on the high street.
