Item was NOT new as described. Seals broken. Box obvious signs of use and abuse. Poorly packaged. Just put in a plastic bag and shipped with 2 pieces of bubble wrap. Should have been boxed up to protect it. Seller should just have been honest and upfront and not made excuses. They did issue refund because they knew they where in the wrong. That’s the only reason this is neutral. Not negative !
