Der sog. Profihändler hat eine Charge von gebrauchten hp-8620-Druckern angeboten, gg.je dreistelliges Geld. Beim gelieferten Gerät war der Druckkopf irreparabel verstopft. Als sog. Ersatz wurde das letzte aus seiner Charge verbliebene Gerät versendet, da fehlte sogar der Druckkopf. Dann gab es Streit um die Zusatzverpackungsmaterialkosten. Ebay gab mir Recht. Trotz seinen besonderen Sorgfaltspflichten als Gewerblicher -eigentlich deswegen ausgesucht- wurde er auch noch frech. Finger weg, Betrug!
