Venditore FURBO... acquistato dvd usato però mi arriva un ex-rental con bollino sul disco che non aveva specificato quindi pensavo fosse un usato normale. Renderlo non conviene perchè ci vai a perdere altri soldi... è fatto apposta. NON SI VENDE COSÌ... STATE ATTENTI

Dopo aver spiegato al cliente che esiste solo la versione noleggio del prodotto e non una versione “Normale” gli è stato anche proposto di restituire il prodotto ed essere rimborsato.
Il cliente risponde (Contro il regolamento) che prima voleva essere rimborsato e poi avrebbe spedito,minacciando un feedback negativo.
Forse voleva tenersi il DVD e anche i soldi?

In primis la descrizione non è accurata perchè bisogna scrivere che è un ex noleggio con vari bollini, anche se esiste solo così, vanno mese foto più accurate e non una solo della copertina dove non si vede niente. e poi fate il gioco del rimborso A MIE SPESE!!! ovvio che non lo posso rispedire perchè ci perdo altri soldi per la spedizione a mio carico. FURBI...
