Did receive the Initial product purchased and as it would plug in and get power the connectors for the hearing aids would not connect to charge. Seller responded quickly to posts of this issue and a new unit was sent out directly and the second unit works flawlessly. Really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of this seller. Would definitely make additional purchases in the future.
