When I informed them, they very quickly informed me that the warehouse hadn't dispatched it and offered to refund my money or send it. I chose the latter option because the quality of the bag is superb. The leather used is first rate. And the packaging was beautiful. The bag came in a silky cream bag in a box preserving the shape of the bag. Impressive.
