I came across that I had a room setup with no WiFi available. I was missing the kind of adapter. Another issue that came up in that room was HDMI output which had not been resolved in that in person meeting by the end of the day because correct HDMI cable in to HDMI Out to large screen with no signal meant there was a problem with the room setup. At least, I have these USB C and USB male to RJ45 female ready for next time now
