      Love my pressure cooker!

      I'm was caning pork ribs, sausages without the case, turkey, beef and elk. The taste is very good and the meat melts in your mouth. I'm hooked on canning now, make several trips to second hand stores to stack up on jars. The canning pot is very sturdy and heavy. I can can 16 pints at once. Shipping was fast, overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

      This is the best and easiest stove top pressure canner we have used. We have an old pressure canner that uses the gasket and it is always difficult to seal and get open after cooling. This canner is very easy to seal and open. A little olive oil Norge bevel and is is done. We do make sure and try and keep it even when tightening the lid. But so far haven’t had a problem canning beans, spaghetti, meat, etc. well worth the investment.

      Best Pressure canner out there.

      I have used my All American 925 several times now with great success, it is a well made piece of equipment that holds perfect pressure. I have a few tips that I would like to share: #1 always lube the metal to metal seal with olive oil. #2 I use a dedicated Cuisinart 1300 watt electric burner for the pressure cooker, it make life easier and peeps your range freed up. #3 throw a cup of white vinegar in with your water to keep the inside of this canner free from scale and pitting.

      Top quality product

      Very heavy duty. First time using a pressure canner and did it with ease . It is heavy so I would not use it on a glass top stove but the quality of it more than makes up for the weight . Also with both the gauge and the weight for pressure control it is easy to monitor .Wish I had bought one years ago.
