A refund was offered to me as this EBay’s supplier would not send my order on account of rain damage further north in my region, where I live.
I had explained this to eBay seller that my main city was not affected, he should check again with his supplier, the response received was nothing he could do. A couple days later I received an eBay order from Isreal.
I have reordered same items from another eBay seller and will have next week, hence my disappointment and a nuetral feedback. Thanks
