    Rick Stein Swims With The Fishes Again

    Excellent book and is a masterpiece of reference for those like myself that cant name ,catch or gut fish but loves to cook .....He is very readable and the book has me fascinated and staying up into the night planning what to cook from this amazing selection of recipes which are in the main very easy to understand ......The dishes left the page and I could almost taste the finished fishy results for each dish .....this is a must have book and really great and clear in how its written
