Given the positive experience with seller communication, I tried again and purchased another machine. The replacement is perfect - no problems at all. I highly recommend this seller and trying a refurbished machine - they are like new but cost much less!

Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins! Sent a message to Breville and within 30 minutes they had responded, apologizing for the error and advised that they have shipped the accessory box and a complimentary bag of coffee. You included all the things that come with a new unit, manual, water test strip, a lovely new milk jug and it was so well packaged. Can't go wrong with the same warranty that comes with a new unit and the end result was I paid hundreds of $$$ less. Top quality, top seller. Very very happy.
