This book is so easy to read and hard to put down. The science is explained in a way that is accessible to all. The stories illustrate well the points Bessel is putting across. If u have trauma for any reason or work with people who have then this book is a must. It is very enlightening and validating. It will stay on my bookshelf. I have underlined relevant parts, post it noted etc etc. Very happy I found it.This book is so easy to read and hard to put down. The science is explained in a way that is accessible to all.
