The service I received was 100 % brilliant. The bike arrived about one week after ordering it, delivered for free to my door in Tasmania. The bike was packaged like I have never seen before. Every part was carefully wrapped in soft foam wrapping and tied up with neat bows - simply pull one end and it was undone - no knife needed. The instructions for putting the bike together were detailed and spot on. I highly recommend this company and this bike. Thank you.
