I received a damaged item and submitted a refund claim including photos, after ~4 days the seller replied asking me to provide photos (just making time) to which I replied that the photos had been provided since day one.
Then the seller offered me a partial refund for less than 40% of the item value and told me I could keep the item (which was damaged), so I rejected that offer.
The seller finally accepted the refund, but refused to provide a label for the return postage, so I asked eBay to help
