seller sent me the wrong item, I thought I made the error & ordered a replacement of the correct type - then realised it was sellers error so I asked to cancel the order within 10 minutes of placing. seller refused to cancel my order because "We weren't able to cancel this order as the seller already sent the item". ironic that the item was shipped out SO QUICKLY after I placed the order. yet they haven't responded to my message (12hr ago+) saying they sent me the wrong item.
