I bought a car cigarette charger with USB-PD but what I received was a similar but very different charger if you pay attention. It couldn't even meet half of the specifications of what was written in the description for the specifications. To be blunt, I was scammed by the seller.
I issued a refund with evidence and got no response, so I asked eBay to step in and got my money back. I also reported the seller. Do not buy from this seller.
