    I was sent an acceptable substitute for the piece I thought I bought, so what I received is not the same as depicted in the ebay sale. The dealer went to great lengths to find the right replacement and for that I am greatly indebted. But I know what is better and what is not because my assistant translates ALL Old Chinese inscriptions and seals, so dealers are not always wise sellers. However, the poem on this piece relates to a 1725 inscription on a vase by the Emperor Kangxi.
