    Pure Nostalgia.

    It is a Collector’s model. It is old and worn and cannot be compared to a brand new modern model. It does not run that well but is passable. It has nostalgic value and takes me back to my childhood when most toys were made of metal and not plastic !

    2nd Hand Hornby Dublo Duchess of Montrose.

    I test ran it, after a good clean of wheels and armature, thena light lubrication of rods and guides and gears it ran smoothly. This old Hornby Dublo Duchess of Montrose is a nice piece of model engineering.
