This plug pair is necessary if you're putting a retrofitted stereo into the early 2000 GM products and I found it increasingly frustrating finding one part with one vendor and the second part with another vendor. This vendor put them together and that's as a smart move on their part. The seller fixed the issue. They had described this harness as fitting my 2020 Highlander. It did not actually fit. The seller was able to refund me for the purchase price of the harness after I sent pictures. The harness that was sent was new and in great condition. I assume it would have worked perfectly if my car was from before 2020.
