One of the two items I purchased arrived in a damaged condition. I notified the seller privately. They offered my a small refund of about 20 percent of the purchase price. I wanted a replacement of the faulty hanging. I made several attempts to negotiate an amicable outcome, but the seller failed to respond to any of my messages. Very poor communication and customer service. It was not until I said I would take the matter further that they gave me a full refund. Would not use this seller again.
