Ordered item. Said it shipped. Then got an email saying they're out of stock of that item and offered a refund or choose something else. Got their stock level wrong and weren't onto it. Used an excuse of ebay not allowing them to update the stock, but I know that's a lie as we tried to buy off their website that said it was in stock, and the same thing happened. Can't blame ebay for your own site.
