Ordered and paid the 9th of March; seller advised after inquiry that the item would be shipped out 'today' being the 13th. Checking daily, this morning, the 16th of March the item has not shipped. I have contacted the seller to cancel the purchase. The lack of follow-through is not acceptable. Now, we are back to square one to locate and acquire the lampshade that we need.
