The packaging was a bit rough. No tissue paper no bag. The suit was slightly wrinkled up.

Firstly, thank you for purchasing the Brand New Hugo Boss suit. Your business is greatly appreciated. Sorry that you feel the packaging was a bit rough but I am a private seller and not affiliated with Hugo Boss in any way so that is why there was no bag or tissue paper. Also, sorry for the wrinkles in the suit. I try to keep my packaging as small as possible so as the customer can get a less expensive shipping cost for the item.
