Overall, service was good; however, packaging was extremely poor. Padded envelopes is no way to mail something in a tube! There was,something ver heavy almost flattened the already-flat envelope and the small tube, itself, was flattened, as well! The only way to send a small tube of anything is a box, which will protect it.

i originally bought this item for hyperpigmentation issues. im early 30 with fair skin. i didnt see a big difference improving the hyperpigmentation, but i did see an improvement in the lines on my forehead, near my eyes, and on my neck. I've used lots of products from drug store to high end and this is the best I've come across for my lines. I suggest buying the sample size to begin with to see how it will react to your skin. everyone is different. a little goes a long way. The smell is different, hard to describe, but goes away shortly. i apply in the morning and night. By the time i sit down to do my makeup, the smell is gone. The serum has a very strange smell. I’m not using it so it was a waste of money. The free gifts are nice but not the colors I use. I’ll think twice about buying a product on eBay again.
