Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins! The machine is in pristine condition and you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new machine. However there was an issue in that the accessory box was missing. Sent a message to Breville and within 30 minutes they had responded, apologizing for the error and advised that they have shipped the accessory box and a complimentary bag of coffee. Thanks for the wonderful customer service Julie!

You included all the things that come with a new unit, manual, water test strip, a lovely new milk jug and it was so well packaged. Can't go wrong with the same warranty that comes with a new unit and the end result was I paid hundreds of $$$ less. Top quality, top seller. Very very happy.
