    I paid $120 for a vintage machine. I messaged after paying and asked that they package it securely. They did not so of course it arrived damaged. They told me to send pictures of the damage, I did. Reached back out after not hearing anything and they said USPS wouldn't cover. I needed this specific machine for a gift so this entire thing was time sensitive. I suggested a partial refund of $30 to cover the replacement piece,they insult me by calling me a "fraudster." HORRIBLE customer service.
