The item may have been great value but the packing was substandard. The relay arrived with a broken part and in two pieces the seller would only refund me 50%. This is very unacceptable considering it was only in a plastic bag will never purchase from the seller again.

The item arrived and as described today. It was quick postage however seller left message advising it's been a long time since delivered? Also keep in mind that yes it states remote does not come with wave wand on description but it keeps trying to register this on my LG tv over and over so it is pointless to try to use.
