Packaging was poorly done and was severly crushed when received lucky no damage, fan didn't even fit the nintendo switch dock nore did the clips even come close to lining up. Description was extremely poor but seller was more the happy to help fix problem and did i get a partial refund. Item was very bad and seller should know there products better before selling them.

The item may have been great value but the packing was substandard. The relay arrived with a broken part and in two pieces the seller would only refund me 50%. This is very unacceptable considering it was only in a plastic bag will never purchase from the seller again.
