About this product

Product Information

EA and the foam projectile experts at Nerf team up again to offer gamers more light-gun rail shooting and a new toy weapon in Nerf: N-Strike Elite. The "Nerf Switch Shot EX-3" accessory once again serves as both a missile-firing weapon and a gunstock for the Wii Remote, but it also features a new "red reveal lens" that lets players decode secret messages, find the solutions to puzzles, and spot enemy weaknesses. Gamers can choose to play as the lightning quick Kimodo, the analytical genius Jackal, the rapid-fire specialist Tango, or Raven, the stealth sniper. Each character has special guns, and there are more than 25 unique blasters for players to unlock as they explore the secret Nerf facility and dispatch robots as quickly as possible. Gamers seeking help in their adventure can enlist a friend for co-op action, while up to four players can go head-to-head in multiplayer competition.

  • Awsome Shooter

    NERF 2: N-Strike Elite features a classic rail shooter style of gameplay and equip players with a cache of fresh features. With the Wii-remote snapped into the NERF SWITCH SHOT EX-3 blaster and the red reveal lens engaged, players can detect enemy weak spots, solve puzzles and decode secret messages as they blast their way to victory. Boys in the target age range of 8 to 12 will jump into battle as one of four playable characters, each with their own unique customizable blasters and abilities. For those players who find themselves in a melee that requires back-up, NERF 2: N-Strike Elite includes two-player co-op, allowing buddies to immediately jump in and join the crusade. Players can also interact with a veritable army of robots including B.O.B., the same recruiting robot from the first ...

  • NERF N-Strike Elite (Wii, 2009) kids liked it- good buy

    I saw this everywhere and gave it a shot- it seemed like the 'new thing' Wii owners were blogging about. I did not buy it w/o getting a second gun though. I went from a guy who didn't want video games in his house turning his kid's minds into mush to a Wii owner. The 'sell' my wife used was that we all can play. The kids liked their Nerf guns anyhow so combining the two was a no-brainer. They enjoy beating the game together (they don't shoot at each other so it promotes teamwork and though you are firing a gun, no people are dying and the plot itself isn't sinister.

  • Great Wii game, a must own

    Both my 7-year old boy and I really love it and rate it as one of the best Wii games. At the beginning, I was kind of worry about the violent, but it turned out that the "bullets" are just nerf bullets. However, I would not recommend this one for any kids below 5 years old, just for the safety. At the end, but the elite version seems a better deal than game only.

  • ||A true shooters game.

    I'm not a big game player, but I purchased this game for my grandchildren. From the day they tried it they can't stop talking about it. The game, in it's easy mde allows the player to master it quickly. The game also has several variations that allow them to change so as not to become bord wit it.

  • perfect!
