Good price on a refurbished model, quick delivery and on arrival, item as good as new (and packaged as such). Just after purchase, Breville made me a discounted offer on same model but different colour that I was also considering. I contacted Breville customer service (via ebay) and whilst they were unable to match the offer (as purchase had been processed) they were more than happy to throw in some accessories to compensate. Awesome deal, awesome service done quickly & efficiently!

Barista Pro arrived two days after I made the purchase. I opted for a refurbished model, which was the right choice. I am thrilled with this decision. The machine looks 99% brand new, and I got it at a significantly lower price. It arrived undamaged, packed in the original styrofoam moulds. All accessories and the user manual are included. I am already enjoying it and couldn't ask for more—a satisfied customer.
