The seller did all he could to assist me, with this purchase, I really appreciate his efforts, but I didn t receive the package, to no fault of seller, my problem is with the postal company, why wasn t the package left at the address, who is the individual that pick it up from the postal service.

Your items show they were picked up at the post office. You need to go through the post office to track your items down and who picked them up. This is not on us and we should not receive negative feedback. It was packaged up and shipped off and picked up at post office. We cannot control anything once we drop it off at the post office.
