My initial comment stands. The statements are true. No clue of seller s involvement ..... if any !!!!! But the seller sold the item with a physical look at the condition of the used cell phone case.
The seller absolutely did immediately refund my purchase price, along with the shipping and handling !!!!! The money was back in my bank account the following morning, after my complaint. The cell phone had been returned by USPS mail yesterday morning. The seller will have the item soon.
