This product was listed New without box. However it was used indeed. I feel that is not acceptable and falsely advertising.

When the buyer got in touch with this concern, I tried to explain that the product had never actually been used like all the others we have in our warehouse, but that even so, if the buyer felt deceived, he/she could return the product as soon as possible which was refused by the buyer.
