This dvd was marked "like new" which is WHY I purchased it but when it arrived the disc had scratches all over it! This should've been labeled "acceptable" or barely "good". The disc was very secure in the case so it definitely didn't get scratched during transport. It was totally misrepresented by the "like new" description. I can't believe this guy would even consider calling this "like new"!
