Paint easily scratches off. Seller claims she doesn’t see a problem but clearly it scrapes off as seen in the photo. After sending her a photo she claims she doesn’t see a problem.

I never said that I didn't see a problem. What was said is we tested several pearls and the coating did NOT come off easily. We even contacted the distributor and they were not able to remove the coating either. I asked the buyer multiple times if they use some type of solvent but they never answered. Some solvents should not be used on anything with a coat. I gave them a partial refund without really knowing what happened or why they peeled off. Been selling these for a year and no problems
