    The Pasta Machine Cookbook

    I bought this book because I had just purchased a pasta maker on ebay without a manual. This book is very helpful, has dozens of recipes for noodles, lasagna,spaghetti, etc. The directions are easy to read. I have used it once but intend to use it much more. The noodles turned out very good.

    THE PASTA MACHINE

    I BOUGHT THIS BOOK AS I JUST GOT INTO PASTA MAKING WITH A HAND CRANK MACHINE. I FOUND IT TO BE VERY HELPFUL IN ITS INSTRUCTIONS. THERE ARE MANY VARIATIONS OF THE DOUGH RECIPES.
