    Item as described. Box a bit worse for wear, but nothing I didn't expect. Monitor itself is immaculate, hands down the best display I have owned. Seller responds quickly, good communication when asked about warranty. Shipping time was very quick, parcel arrived within 2 days. Overall a very pleasant transaction, hopefully won't need to contact for warranty problems, but will definitely buy from this seller again!

    The greatest customer service experience I think I've ever had! (Or maybe my expectations have plummeted to such depths that I no longer expect anyone to care.) The first band which was sent was the wrong model. I contacted Quantum and straight away had the most helpful and apologetic response. Paul arranged a pre-paid return label and I very quickly received the correct band, not 'open box' but brand new! It's really comfortable to wear all day, and I'd recommend both the band and the seller.
