My experience with Keith was excellent! I made an offer that was less than his asking price & Keith promptly replied/accepted my offer & our transaction was complete within minutes. I received it within two day. The ‘foot print tarp’ was folded & in its original package most likely for many years! Hence, the rubberized coating on under-side is deteriorated, smelly & extremely tacky...Not certain I can revitalize it to usable condition?
