After receiving the item, quickly, it was damaged. I contacted the seller multiple times who said, on numerous occasions, they would replace for me. I've been in constant contact asking where my replacement is and have had apologies and excuses then, non contact after I was told they'd send new item with tracking, which never happened. I have asked for a refund and again been ignored. Please see screenshots of said conversation for your refrence.
