Brought a used laptop. Seller was dishonest about quality of product claiming “great condition”. Laptop came in a satchel with little to no packaging. Laptop had dents. Seller made no attempt to clean the laptop with hairs and dust/dirt on the inside and outside. Laptop arrived with a broken windows 11 install and required a reimage. Laptop suffered thermal issues and overheated idling, requiring bios tweaks and thermal paste reapply. Laptop was missing bottom rubber grips. Sketchy seller.
