Shipped quick - happy with the Chantecaille palette. I did notice that the brown shadow was slightly cracked, so powder fell out when I opened the compact initially. I contacted the seller but never received any reply - I would have liked to have the message acknowledged, but I don't feel that alone warrants neutral or negative feedback. It could have happened during shipping as it was only wrapped in some protective wrap inside an envelope; probably would have been better protected in a boxIMHO
