Halo lights
The halo lights came with instructions that made no sense. The link to the video also didn’t help with making them work. They still aren’t working and I have to take it to someone who can hook them up. I was told by the people who put my motor in my truck that it needs a special part. I watched a video and the halo daytime running lights are hooked up to my current daytime running lights. Still don’t work. Everything has power to it. So they work great and look great for normal lights. The halo lights came with instructions that made no sense. The link to the video also didn’t help with making them work. Quality is low
Lenses not aligned on housing. The lights rubbed when the tailgate shut. The seller replaced the passenger side which was the one that rubbed. It's better but still isn't aligned. The other light now looks dim after 9 months. I had to use a heat gun to soften the mounting posts to move them so the lights fit better. Exact fit but
I purchased these for my 2017 Ram 1500 The quality is just a touch less then factory these feel just a little flimsy but fit and finish is fine they come with the centering tabs so if you break yours you have a fresh set. Reason for 3 star review is when I installed these I immediately got "parking light out" message when either turn signal or brakes applied turns out the sockets aren't wired correctly and caused this issue I purchased oem sockets from the dealer 12+tax each and it solved the issue they fit right in no problem. Just a heads up to you guys either having this issue or plan on purchasing and get this message on the dash! Nice tail lights but not the color that’s picture.
They are nice tail lights, however, they are not the color that’s pictured. They are just dark red. No tint on the lower bulb part.
